1. Grant of License

TinyPencils.eu grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our dot to dot worksheets for educational and personal purposes. All worksheets remain the intellectual property of TinyPencils.eu.

2. Permitted Uses

You are welcome to use our worksheets in the following ways:

• Personal & Family Use: Download and print worksheets for your own children or family members
• Educational Settings: Use in classrooms, homeschooling, kindergartens, and schools
• Professional Educators: Tutors, therapists, and childcare providers may use worksheets directly with children in their care
• Unlimited Printing: Print as many copies as needed for your students or children
• Physical Sharing: Distribute printed copies to students in your direct care
• Bulk Use by Institutions: Schools and districts may download and use worksheets for their students

3. Commercial Use by Educators

Individual educators (tutors, therapists, special education teachers, childcare providers) may use our worksheets as part of their professional practice at no cost. However, the worksheets themselves cannot be sold or included in paid educational products or subscription services.

4. Attribution

Attribution to TinyPencils.eu is appreciated but not required. We encourage (but do not mandate) mentioning our website when sharing worksheets with other educators or parents. If worksheets include a small footer or credit line, please do not remove it.

5. Modifications

To maintain quality and consistency:

• Printed Copies: You may resize, color, or annotate printed copies as needed for educational purposes
• Digital Files: You may not modify the digital SVG files and redistribute the modified versions
• Adaptations: Personal adaptations for individual student needs are fine, but modified files should not be shared online

6. Distribution Restrictions

To ensure everyone can access the latest versions directly from our website:

• Share Links, Not Files: Please share the link to TinyPencils.eu rather than uploading files to other platforms
• No Marketplace Uploads: Worksheets may not be uploaded to Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, or similar platforms (even for free)
• No Website Redistribution: Do not host the files on personal blogs, websites, or social media for download
• No File Sharing Services: Do not distribute via Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing services accessible to the public
• Printed Copies OK: Physical printed copies may be shared freely with students and colleagues

7. Bulk Distribution (Schools & Districts)

Schools and educational districts are welcome to use our worksheets at scale. You may download and store files on internal systems (not publicly accessible). While not required, we'd appreciate an email if your institution adopts TinyPencils worksheets district-wide, as it helps us understand our impact.

8. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are not permitted:

• Selling worksheets in any format (digital or printed)
• Including worksheets in paid educational bundles or subscription boxes
• Claiming authorship or removing credits from the files
• Creating derivative products for commercial purposes
• Redistributing modified versions of the digital files
• Using worksheets in ways that violate applicable laws

All worksheets, designs, and content on TinyPencils.eu are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of TinyPencils.eu. This license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership.
